The technology in Phonak's QUEST line offers a host of unique features designed to enrich the listening experience in your day-to-day life. This technology is available in a complete portfolio including Behind-the-Ear (BTE), Receiver-in-Canal (RIC), Custom and Power hearing aid products. Additionally, Phonak's BTE hearing aids are water, sweat, moisture and dust resistant. Embrace the unexpected joys of life with care-free confidence instead of planning your life around them!
Phonak's unique Binaural VoiceStream Technology features significantly improved performance in challenging listening situations, such as meetings, restaurants and sports events. This technology detects teh speech signal and ensures you can hear it clearly in both ears. This means that you will understand better in more listening situations.
Speech-in-Wind technology present in QUEST products will allow you to enjoy conversations even on a windy day. Also, when noise reaches a level that makes understanding one person in a crowd difficult, Auto StereoZoom technology will be automatically activated, allowing you to focus on the voice you want to hear. If you have a significant high-pitch hearing loss, with Sound Recover, these high-pitch sounds like chirping or certain speech sounds are automatically lowered to a pitch you can hear clearly. This technology will let you hear and understand new things everyday.
If you have tinnitus, or ringing in the ear, Phonak's Tinnitus Balance noise generator is available in Phonak Audeo Q hearing aids. This technology provides a means of sound enrichment that can be used as part of a tinnitus management program to provide temporary relief from tinnitus. Additionally, a Tinnitus Balance App is available on your handheld device that provides you with management of your sound plan.
For patients with single-sided deafness who will not benefit from a traditional hearing aid, Phonak offers CROS technology. Using CROS, the audio signal from the ear with significant hearing loss is sent wirelessly, in real time, from the transmitter to the receiver hearing instrument in the better ear. This technology does not require any additional internal or external components, making Phonak CROS a sophisticated, small and lightweight solution. The Phonak CROS is available in BTE and In-the-ear (ITE) hearing aid models.
Regardless of what hearing aid model you choose, Phonak QUEST performance allows access to more of life's soundscapes.
